Rick has 24 years of construction experience involved in aviation, housing, medical,commercial, industrial, educational, religious, mixed-use, senior care, tenant build-outs, and development projects.
Rick has gained extensive pre-construction and phasing experience through various construction projects and mastered the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously. As a result he has cultivated an astute attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
His career has included project supervision and project management with a special emphasis on pre-construction, pre-referendum, and real estate development.

Joel has over 17 years experience in retail, commercial, civil and industrial construction and development. He has held positions as a construction worker, field engineer, project engineer, senior project manager, project manager and superintendent. Joel’s diversity of responsibility, project size and project scope provides a well rounded background. He can draw upon these experiences and help the team deliver a high quality project that is on time and within budget.

Dan Watring Jr. — Project Manager
Dan Jr. has over 25 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Working over the years as an estimator and project manager, Dan is conversant with all types of pre-engineered building systems. In 1993, after working with an Illinois based residential land developer, Dan Jr. joined his father and The Lincoln Company. In addition to project management, Dan Jr. also provided site supervision on several large hangar projects.
