Building Components: The 25,000 square foot hangar bay featured a 200' x 28' sliding hangar door and had a 3 coat white epoxy floor system. The 13,500 square foot single-story office/shop structure also included an elliptical glass passenger terminal. Custom exposed aggregate pre-cast concrete wall panels were used for the entire structure. The project also included a 40,000 gallon Jet-A fueling system.
