Building Components: The project included a 18,000 square foot pre-cast hangar with 9,000 square foot masonry, two-story office/shop and indoor parking for eight vehicles. VJS Lincoln Inc. assisted the client in negotiating a beneficial sublease and fueling contract with the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) who owned the building site.
