History
In 1993, Dan Watring Sr. founded the original "The Lincoln Company" as an aviation specialty general contracting firm to service the needs of modern corporate and general aviation. Joined by his son, Dan Watring Jr., they decided to take a new approach to hangar construction. Concentrating on the operational requirements of new and larger aircraft they met and exceeded the expectations of their clients. In 2005 they merged their expertise with VJS Construction Services, Inc. and created the VJS Lincoln Division of VJS Construction Services. As a result of continued growth, a new chapter begins as of October 1, 2007, as a new entity is formed specifically dedicated to excellence in the field of aviation facilities development - VJS Lincoln, Inc.
